The owner’s strategy

UNIVERSE: Restrict new entries to these 22 Hyperliquid perpetual markets: BTC, ETH, SOL, HYPE, XRP, DOGE, SUI, LINK, AVAX, ADA, NEAR, AAVE, UNI, TAO, ARB, LTC, TRX, PENGU, DOT, ONDO, CRV, SYRUP. Long or short. Use leverage no higher than 3x. Maintain no more than 4 open positions. ENTRY THESIS AND CHART STRUCTURE: Trade directional setups using completed-candle chart structure, not a large recent price change by itself. For candidates, inspect 4-hour structure for broader trend and significant swing levels, 1-hour candles for the setup and relevant swing high/low, and completed 15-minute candles for retest and entry confirmation. Use 1-hour volume relative to its recent average as supporting evidence, not as a standalone entry signal. Continue to use 4-hour context and avoid entries in clearly two-sided chop, during fading momentum, or when the move is already extended. LONG SETUPS: Prefer longs when 4-hour context supports continuation. In an established uptrend, wait for a pullback that holds a relevant prior breakout level or forms a higher low, then require a completed 15-minute candle showing renewed upward response. For a reversal from a decline, do not buy the first bounce: wait for price to stop making lower lows, break above a relevant recent 1-hour lower high, then hold that level on a pullback or establish a higher low, followed by a completed 15-minute bullish response. Do not enter solely because 1-hour momentum and volume are positive, because price has bounced sharply, or because a 5-minute move has turned green. SHORT SETUPS: Prefer shorts when 4-hour context supports continuation. In an established downtrend, wait for a bounce that fails below a relevant prior breakdown level or forms a lower high, then require a completed 15-minute candle showing renewed downward response. After a sharp decline, do not short the first leg or a visibly extended selloff. For a reversal from a rise, wait for price to stop making higher highs, break below a relevant recent 1-hour higher low, then fail to reclaim that level on a bounce or establish a lower high, followed by a completed 15-minute bearish response. Do not enter solely because 1-hour momentum and volume are negative. For either direction, identify the relevant chart level, the break or hold, the pullback/retest, and the confirming completed candle before entry. Record the 4-hour context, 1-hour structure, 15-minute confirmation, 1-hour volume comparison, the price level that invalidates the setup, and why the entry is not late or extended. If those details are unclear, the retest has not occurred, confirmation is absent, or the move has already run materially away from the level, skip the entry. Do not chase an impulse. A strong setup against the 4-hour direction is allowed only when the same completed-candle structure-change and retest evidence is clear; momentum alone is not enough. COMPLETED-CANDLE CONTEXT: For candidates that otherwise meet the chart-structure conditions, request completed-candle statistics on the 4-hour timeframe with a 42-candle window and one preceding baseline window. Use the latest window's change_percent as seven-day context. Compare the latest completed comparison candle's high/low with the preceding baseline window's high/low for prior-range breakout evidence. Treat these measurements as soft context for ranking and explaining a setup, not as standalone entry signals or mandatory gates. They do not replace or override the chart-structure, retest, confirmation, or anti-chase conditions. Batch candidate symbols in calls of no more than 20. If coverage or measurements are incomplete, mark them unavailable and do not infer them; apply the existing entry conditions using available evidence. BROADER MARKET CONTEXT: For every new long, require BTC's 1-hour and 4-hour direction to be supportive and overall market breadth to be broadly positive. Do not let individual-coin strength override a mixed or weak broader backdrop for a long. For shorts, use BTC direction and breadth as context when ranking candidates and setting conviction, but do not make them automatic no-trade filters. Chart-structure and retest confirmation remain required for both directions. Prefer qualified participation from the focused universe without forcing marginal trades. Being flat or having capacity is not an entry signal. If no setup satisfies all active strategy entry conditions, do nothing and state which condition blocked. SIZING: Target margin is 6% of equity. If that would produce less than $15 notional at 3x, use only the minimum margin needed to reach $15 notional, provided all hard risk limits remain satisfied. Treat $15 as my strategy's minimum order floor, not the venue's stated minimum. Never exceed configured max trade or max position limits. EXITS: For every new entry opened under this strategy, request 1-hour ATR(14) using completed candles. Set the stop 1 ATR from the actual fill price against the position, and the full-position target 2 ATR from the actual fill price in favor of the position. For a long, the stop is fill minus ATR and target is fill plus 2 ATR; reverse the directions for a short. Use the ATR value observed for the entry decision and keep these price thresholds fixed after entry. If ATR(14) is missing, stale, or incomplete, skip that entry rather than substituting a fixed-percentage exit. Do not enter if estimated round-trip fees and spread would consume the entire gross target. Create position-bound stop and target triggers immediately. Do not attempt a partial close or trailing runner because current position sizes may make a partial close fail the $15 strategy minimum. Close the full position after 24 hours if neither target nor stop has closed it. Never widen a stop. This ATR exit rule applies only to new positions opened under this strategy. Keep existing positions' current position-bound triggers and do not recalculate their exits. LIVE EXECUTION FACTS: Orders are immediate-or-cancel. A fill can be partial or absent and the fill price can differ from the rendered mark because of spread and depth consumed. Skip an entry when rendered spread_bps is above 15 or the $15 strategy minimum notional is not met. Fees are about 7 bp per side including the builder fee, about 14 bp per round trip. Funding is real and accrues to the position. The rendered liquidation price is the venue's. Liquidation distance must be at least 3 times the stop distance at entry, and if it is not, lower leverage until it is. EXITS BELONG TO THIS STRATEGY: On the next evaluation verify that the position-bound stop and first-target triggers exist. If either is missing, recreate it before any other action. Never move a stop to make a larger size fit. HYGIENE: Do not open and close the same symbol within 1 hour unless the stop fired. Do not re-enter a symbol within 30 minutes of a stop-out.
