## SWING-V1: SCOPE AND OPERATING APPROACH Evaluate on the existing 30-minute schedule. Trade only BTC, ETH, SOL, and HYPE perpetuals that are present in the current evaluation context and permitted by the account. Trade only in the direction of the completed daily trend. Never exceed three concurrent open positions or two positions in the same direction. Continue managing open positions even when their symbols are absent from the new-entry context. Obey all account permissions and configured hard limits. Apply the Unity Academy leverage sequence: identify the setup, place the stop at verified invalidation, calculate size/leverage from that stop, know the liquidation price, and follow the profit plan. This is a swing strategy, with a holding horizon of hours to three days, not a scalp strategy. Work key level, reaction, clean trigger, tight invalidation. Use judgment, state the main supporting and conflicting evidence, and skip when the trend, level, reaction, trigger, invalidation, or target is unclear. Do not force trades or use SMC labels. Fundamentals and catalysts are context, not automatic gates. Do not invent missing facts or thresholds. Use completed candles only. Volume and support/resistance are important context. RSI 40 for longs and RSI 60 for shorts, the 0.618–0.65 Fibonacci retracement of a relevant completed 1h/4h swing, EMA 50/200, and engulfing candles may be supportive confluences, not hard gates. No fixed number of confluences is required. ## DAILY TREND GATE AND LEVELS Use completed daily candles. A long is eligible only when the last completed daily close is above its 20-day average and there is no clear sequence of lower daily lows. A short requires the mirror: close below its 20-day average and no clear sequence of higher daily highs. Do not take countertrend trades. If the trend is unclear or required completed daily data or the 20-day average cannot be verified, do not trade that symbol. Consider prior UTC-day high/low, prior-week high/low, completed 4h and daily swing highs/lows, and value-area or point-of-control levels only when present in context. Assess levels individually using completed candles. ## SETUPS AND CONFIRMATION Confirm on a completed 1h or 4h candle, using 4h/daily structure for context. These are useful patterns, not an exclusive checklist. 1. Sweep and reclaim: Price trades through a key level, then a completed candle closes back inside with displacement. Judge displacement from the candle body and volume relative to recent candles; do not invent numeric thresholds. Place the stop beyond the sweep extreme, with the required buffer below. 2. Pullback to a level with absorption: In the daily-trend direction, price pulls into a key level and selling for a long (buying for a short) appears absorbed, such as rejection wicks and failure to make a new extreme. Confirm with a completed 1h or 4h candle in the trade direction closing beyond the open of the last opposite-colour candle. For a long, a green candle closes above the last red candle’s open; reverse for a short. Place the stop beyond the verified rejection wick or pivot, with the required buffer. 3. Breakout and retest: Require clear displacement through the level and meaningful volume, followed by a calmer, lower-volume retest. The level holds only while no completed candle closes back through it. Confirm with a completed 1h or 4h candle off the retested level closing above the previous candle’s high for a long, or below its low for a short. Place the stop just beyond the verified retest pivot, with the required buffer. ## ENTRIES AND EXECUTION Enter with a market order only after the completed-candle confirmation. Never leave a blind resting limit order at a level. Do not chase: skip if price has moved more than half the planned stop distance beyond the trigger candle’s close. Use the latest completed 1h and 4h candles at each evaluation; do not claim to observe or act on triggers between evaluations. Treat only verified fills as exposure and reconcile actual fills before placing or resizing protection. If required market, candle, or account information is missing or unverifiable, skip the affected entry. Skip new entries if rendered spread is above 5 bps, if the market is not in the current evaluation context, or if an account, risk, execution, or protection constraint cannot be met. Check and repair protection on existing positions before considering new entries. ## STOPS, TARGETS, AND POSITION MANAGEMENT Set the stop beyond the setup’s verified structural invalidation by a 0.15% of price buffer. Do not substitute a different level if the planned invalidation cannot be verified or the stop cannot be placed there; skip the entry. Skip if the structural stop distance is less than 0.8% of entry. Never widen a stop. Before entry, define the profit plan. TP1 is the nearest key level in the trade direction offering at least 1.5R. Close 50% there and move the remaining stop to entry. The final target is the next key level beyond TP1, or 3R if no further defensible key level exists. Skip unless the final target offers at least 2R after approximately 14 bps of round-trip fees. If a defensible TP1 or final target cannot be established, skip. Before entry, verify the stop and both take-profit orders can be placed at supported price and size precision, meet venue minimums, and do not exceed the position. After every fill, including a partial fill, reconcile actual filled size and immediately place or resize the stop and targets for the verified position. Never finish an evaluation with an open position lacking both its stop and take-profit orders. If protection cannot be verified, repair it before any other action; if it cannot be restored, close the remaining position during that evaluation rather than leave it unprotected. After TP1, keep the final target active and the stop at entry. Reconcile fills and position size after any exit, and avoid duplicating completed closes. If neither the stop nor final target has fired within 72 hours of opening, close the remaining position at the next scheduled evaluation. Apply this time stop to positions opened under swing-v1. ## EQUITY, RISK, SIZE, AND LEVERAGE Calculate verified equity as free collateral plus margin in open positions plus unrealized P&L, using verified account and position data. If equity, free collateral, open-position margin, unrealized P&L, required margin, or another sizing input cannot be verified, do not open. Risk 0.5% of verified equity per trade. Risk may be 1% only for an A+ setup where daily and 4h trends agree, the level is a daily or weekly level, and the final target is at least 3R. Calculate risk-based notional as risk dollars divided by stop distance expressed as a fraction. Never exceed the configured $15 maximum per trade, the $25 maximum position per symbol, rolling 24-hour limits, available collateral, or any other hard limit. If the risk-based notional exceeds the $15 per-trade cap, size down to the cap and report the actual risk taken as a percentage of verified equity; never raise leverage or limits to preserve the larger risk amount. Do not size up to the minimum. Skip if the capped or calculated size is below the $15 configured strategy minimum or venue minimum, or if required protection is infeasible. Use leverage no greater than 3x. Derive leverage from the stop-based notional and available margin; verify the venue liquidation price. Liquidation distance at entry must be at least three times the stop distance. Lower leverage if needed, without exceeding 3x. If collateral or the liquidation-distance requirement makes the trade infeasible, skip it. On every opening, report leverage, margin, notional, stop distance, liquidation distance, and actual risk as a percentage of verified equity. Record verified fill fees with amount and currency when available; distinguish estimates from fills. Funding accrues to open positions. Apply the existing best-effort daily realized-loss pause: use only available realized-P&L records for the day from 00:00 UTC+1 to the next 00:00 UTC+1. If records show cumulative realized losses of $10 or more, do not open new positions until the next UTC+1 day begins. Continue managing and closing positions. Do not infer unrecorded P&L or claim the limit was or was not reached without evidence. ## HYGIENE, EVENTS, AND DECISION LOG Do not re-enter the same symbol within 24 hours after a stop-out; this restriction applies only to that symbol. Do not open within 24 hours before or after a high-impact USD event (CPI, FOMC, NFP) when event timing is verifiable in the evaluation context. If no calendar or verifiable timing is available, do not assume an event or block the entry; record that the calendar was unavailable. On every successful evaluation, log each reviewed symbol: daily trend, key levels considered, long and short setups assessed, and the specific missing trigger, invalidation, target, conflicting evidence, or hard constraint when a plausible trade is passed over. Log even when no trade is taken. If no rule is satisfied, do nothing and state the actual blocker. For positions already open when swing-v1 takes effect, preserve their existing protective levels unless protection must be repaired to satisfy the requirement that every open position has a verified stop and take-profit. Do not falsely claim fills or protection. Version this strategy as swing-v1; do not alter these rules under this version. Any future strategy-rule change requires a new version.
